The choice of box

Within the cloud nine subscription box you will receive a selection of carefully chosen age appropriate products. You can expect stylish and unique products including clothes, accessories, toys, linens, skin care. Each monthly box that arrives will have different products so that you can discover something new.

One Month Subscription

You can choose to buy just a one off cloud nine box.  You can choose a cloud nine box to fit any age baby from newborn to six months.  It can be delivered in any month.

Three Month Subscription

You can choose a cloud nine subscription box to fit any age baby from newborn to six months. Start your three month subscription from Newborn, 1 Month, 2 Month or 3 Month.  You can start the deliveries in any month.

Six Month Subscription

A six month subscription starts from the Newborn box.  You can start the deliveries in any month.

The Big Box

If you want a special gift or simply don’t want to wait around each month for a delivery then check out the Big Box. It has a big selection of products so that you can try everything at once. We will have products in there from newborn to 6 months. The type of products that you can expect to see in a cloud nine box are clothes, accessories, toys, linens and skin care. 

It can be delivered in any month.

The Big Box is great for a baby shower gift or a corporate maternity gift.

Great for a special gift or simply don’t want to wait around each month for a delivery then check out the Big Big Box. It has a huge selection of products for newborn babies. Some of the products will last well beyond their 6 month birthday! The type of products that you can expect to see in a cloud nine box are clothes, accessories, toys, linens, skin care, feeding pillow or playmat.

It can be delivered in any month. 

The Big Big Box is great for a baby shower gift or a baby gift for a co-worker.  But don’t wait for a present – buy it yourself - or give someone a hint – just send them a link!

Once you have chosen the frequency of the subscription and you go to the checkout, please choose the cloud nine subscription box that will match your child’s age at the time of the first delivery. In other words, tell us which box you would like to receive first. And also tell us a bit more about your baby.

Newborn:  This cloud nine box caters to babies who are newborn to one month.  Any clothing will be 000 or 00.

1 Month:  This cloud nine box cater to babies who are one month to two months old. Any clothing will be 000 or 00.

2 Month:  This cloud nine box cater to babies who are two months to three months old. Any clothing will be 000 or 00.

3 Month:  This cloud nine box cater to babies who are three months to four months old. Any clothing will be 00 or 0.

4 Month:  This cloud nine box cater to babies who are four months to five months old. Any clothing will be 0 or 0.

5 Month:  This cloud nine box cater to babies who are five months to six months old. Any clothing will be 0.

Shipping information

We ship at the end of each week.  For orders placed before Thursday, your first cloud nine box will be shipped at the end of that week.  If your order is placed on or after Thursday your cloud nine subscription box will be despatched at the end of the following week.  The exception to this rule is if you have requested a specific month to start your subscription, e.g. October, then your order will be sent on the first Friday of October.

Shipping to metro areas is covered by the shipping options provided in the checkout. Regional areas may incur additional charges depending on location. We will send you an email regarding additional shipping charges.  You have the option of choosing to insure the packages for loss.  We do not take responsibility for any packages lost or damaged in transit.
